OUR ADU MODELS
Designed to make the most of a typical 50-foot-wide lot, our ADU 800 has five variations: a loft, 1- and 2-bedroom options, and 1-bedroom plans with an office or den.
This unit is an ample and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom plan designed to fit any backyard.
The ideal garage replacement unit, our smallest ADU offers efficient studio space or home-expansion options.
This 1-bedroom unit features an internal 12-foot by 8-foot courtyard for outdoor living and entertaining.
Designed to make the most of your backyard, we offer three variations of our ADU 1200: a spacious 3-bedroom plan and two options for 2-bedroom layouts.
